Biography:
Michael A. Biederstadt is a licensed Attorney in Illinois. He earned a B.A. at Loyola University Chicago in 2004 and received his J.D. early from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2006. Michael Biederstadt has gained experience working as a judicial clerk in the Lake County Superior Court, as a clerk for the Illinois State’s Attorney felony prosecution division. Mr. Biederstadt was a member of the Hammond, Indiana Legal Aid Society, and representing Collegiate and Olympic athletes while working for the Valparaiso University Sports and Entertainment Law Clinic.
Attorney Biederstadt’s previous family law experience and training reflect his interest in representing family clients. He currently handles cases involving all aspects of family law, and regularly appears at court on behalf of clients, in Kane County, DuPage County, DeKalb County and Kendall County.
